Pay easily via Venmo or cash, and we’ll send you an email to confirm that your payment is received—keeping everything smooth and clear. We want you to feel good about every step!

Approval

Excited to see your creation? We’ll send you a digital proof once your item is underway. Review it, and once you give your approval, we’ll get to work crafting your custom piece, typically ready in just one to two weeks.

Shipping

Finally, your custom creation will be shipped using standard shipping as described in the payment step. If you need your order sooner, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
